What we collect
When you enter our welcome offer or send us an enquiry, we collect your name and WhatsApp number. We also use standard website analytics (Google Analytics) to understand which pages and products people visit — this does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry on WhatsApp, send your discount code, confirm order details, and occasionally let you know about new drops. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to Nail Nest. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp and we'll remove it within a few days. Providing your details is always optional — you're welcome to browse and order without using the welcome offer.
